Estefania Almarte Photographer People Nature. Let me present myself; my name is Estefania, I am a professional photographer based in the North West of England. I love to travel and I have a sweet spot for photography of People, Animals and the Natural World. I’m also a keen photographer of Landscape; both natural and street and Tango dancing.
Although happy to photograph the everyday and functional, my great passion is for a more artistic style of photography, capturing the moment from my own perspective through composition and lighting.
In this site you will find a selection of my favorite images ranging from the little girl from Fiji who invited me to play with her toy tea pots in the sand, the couple dancing tango under a bridge at a rainy open air tango event in Manchester England, to my black and white cat ‘Calimera’ bouncing in the snow on a cold January morning. There are also many Landscape photographs from my travels around the globe, Candid Street photography and personal Portraiture photography.

A bit about the person behind Estefania Almarte Photographer People Nature
I first started shooting still pictures with a compact Fujifilm camera in 2008 and quickly realised photography was what I wanted to dedicate my professional life to. So I began studying photography at Luis Garcia Berlanga College in Spain, graduating in 2009. 2012 saw me moving to Manchester, UK and since then I have been taking Portraits, pets, landscapes, weddings, and commercial photography. In September 2013 I was contracted by Ocean Images as one of their onboard photographers on the ship The Oosterdam of the Holland America line cruises. I embarked on a 8 month trip cruising the South Pacific Islands, New Zealand and Australia. Currently I am back in Manchester taking pictures of dancers at social Tango events, portraits for families, individuals, and their pets. Also I very much enjoy doing street and landscape photography with a locally based photography group.
So far I have visited and photographed many places around the world, from the Northern hemisphere; the USA, much of Spain, Portugal, England, Scotland and Wales, and from the Southern hemisphere; New Zealand, Australia, Tasmania, and the South Pacific Islands of; Fiji, Vanuatu, Samoa and New Caledonia.
